    The Advisory Session is a focused 90 minute working session with the Owner or Operator designed to provide support to your in store leaders navigating real immediate challenge.

    This is not a coaching conversation or a generic consultation- it is a practical advisory experience centered on clarity, decision making and action.

    Each session includes light prework, a live working conversation and a written summary with key insights and recommendations.

    This session is ideal if you need:

    Clarity around a service, people, or operational issue with practical next steps you can apply immediately.

  • Business Performance Assessment: ( 3-4 hours ) Investment $500-$750

    The Business Performance Assessment is a deeper analysis and comprehensive diagnosis for businesses that are experiencing stagnant growth,

  • Observation & Insight Engagement: ( 1 to 2 weeks ) Investment $1500

    The Observation & Insight Engagement is designed to provide a real world assessment of the customer and employee experience within your organization.

    Through observation, operational review and leadership insight, we identify patterns impacting service consistency, team engagement, execution and customer perception.

  • Customer Service Reset: ( 4-6 weeks ) Investment $4000

    The customer service reset is a structured short term engagement designed to stabilize service delivery, clarify expectations and provide leaders and teams with practical tools they can immediately apply. Through observation, interviews and real world walkthrough. This engagement identifies where service breaks down, why it happens and what must change to create consistency and accountability.
